Custom domains are a great way to give your website a clean, professional look—something like yourname.com instead of a default Appos Page URL. If you already own a domain and want to forward it to your Appos Page site, the process is simple—but it does involve a few key steps to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it right the first time:

Step 1: Log In to Appos Page

Head to appos.page and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Locate Your Site’s URL

From the left navigation bar, click on “My Sites.”
Find the site you want to link your domain to.
Click the three-dot vertical menu in the top-right corner of that site card, then click “Settings.”
Scroll down to the “Site URL” section.
Copy everything after Site URL:
1. Example: If your Site URL is https://www.appos.page/e/my-site, just copy /e/my-site.

Step 3: Complete the Domain Forwarding Request Form

Now that you’ve got your site’s path, you’ll need to fill out the Domain Forwarding Request Form.

Make sure you fill it out completely:

Your Appos account information
Contract or billing reference (if applicable)
Paste the Site URL you just copied into the Site URL field

⚠️ Important: Incomplete forms may result in errors or delays, so double-check your info before submitting.

Step 4: Submit and Wait

Once you’ve submitted the form, our support team will begin processing your request.

Turnaround time: Please allow 48–72 business hours for processing.
After processing, domain propagation can take up to an additional 72 hours depending on your domain registrar and DNS settings.

Unfortunately, this propagation period is entirely dependent on global DNS networks, and we’re unable to expedite it.
